Hello everyone,
I am experiencing a problem with my HP Color Laserjet CP1215 printer. Specifically, there are pink streaks appearing misaligned under the blue color, which is preventing me from printing in color.
Please find a photo here as an example: https://www.zupimages.net/up/15/11/67rf.jpg
Thank you for your assistance as this issue is very challenging, especially since I am currently job hunting and need to print numerous resumes and cover letters.
I look forward to your response and thank you in advance,
Martin Brunet

Thank you for your response, but it is impossible for me to clean the cartridges as shown in the video because my printer does not allow me to do so due to its composition. When I take my cartridges out of the printer, I have no access to anything else.

Hello. On an "HP", when you replace the cartridges, the head alignment and cartridge cleaning function activates, so you shouldn't have this issue; otherwise, consider installing a new color cartridge. Regards.
