Hello,
I have a little problem with my Epson ecotank 2856 printer. When I try to print on glossy or photo paper, the black comes out as dark blue or gray, but the colors are perfect.
The machine is new, and the nozzles are not clogged; I have performed several tests and head cleanings. The ink used is Epson.
I am using an iMac and I make sure to select the type of paper before printing, but I don't understand why only the black is coming out like this.
