USB Port Problem PS4

Hello, I turned on my PS4 and wanted to use a USB port to charge my controller and I realized that both USB ports are no longer working (it's not the cable because I tried it with a USB stick too). So I'm coming to you to find out if anyone else has had the same problem and if there is a solution. (Even though I think it will have to go for repair :( )

Hi! I had the same problem and it's the USB ports that are burnt out. I think the USB port on the PS4 needs to be replaced. [P.S.: I find USB ports for PS4 on eBay] So ask ElectronikHearts or a friend. (I did it myself and it works again) I hope I could help you. Bye!
