Transfer SMS conversation to PC

Hello,
I would like to transfer a text message conversation to my PC in order to send it by email or print it. I need the phone numbers to be displayed as well as the dates and times they were sent or received. Is there a simple app or something available to do this, please? Thank you.

Hello

go to the Play Store and install SMS Backup+...then back up to your Gmail account..then go to your Gmail inbox on your PC and you will see a new entry SMS..then you will be able to..
