télécharge everest et donne moi les temperatures des differents composants!!(car ce que tu m'as donné on arrive pas a savoir qui est quoi!!)
mais aucune des temperature n'est bonne!! donne moi les temperature avec le nom de composants et on verra apres!!

bon alors aucune des temperatures est normal alors il faut absolument ya faire quelques chose!! 70°C pour le chipset et 100°C pour un cpu c'est enorme et la duree de vie de tes composants sont reduites!!
il faut absoluement que tu achete de la pate thermique ensuite tu refait le refroidissement!!
achete de l'artic silver 5 ensuite tu demonte ton pc en te dechargeant de l'electricité statique en touchant le boitier!! ensuite tu nettoies absoluement tout les radiateurs car ça doit etre bourrer de poussiere!!
tu enleve le ventirad du cpu tui nettoies l'ancienne pate thermique avec du dissolvant (a onglmes ça va bien!!) ensuite tu etale de la pate thermique sur toute la surface du core (qui fait contact avec le rad!!) avec une carte de credit par exemple!!) la couche de pate thermique doit etre la plus fine possible!!
tu remets le rad avec le ventilo et tu appuies un peu sur le cpu avec le rad en tourant dessus pour enlever les bulles d'air!!
et tu fais pareil pour le cipset de la carte mère!!
