Ah on le voit comme un camion sur un sentier !
Le programme en cause est Glary Utilities. Donc, soit vous le désinstaller, soit vous allez dans msconfig pour désactiver son démarrage automatique (il sera toujours utilisable à le demande).

Pour cela, touche du clavier Windows et r (simultanément).
Entrer msconfig et valider par OK.
Aller dans la rubrique démarrage et décocher ce qui se rapporte à Glary Utilities.
