bonjour,
je contacte le forum car depuis quelques temps le netbook que nous possédons s'éteint de manière intempestive , et plusieurs fois à la suite. c'est d'autant plus bizarre que cela ne se passe que sur la session de ma femme, et non la mienne.
j'ai pu capturer l'écran où apparaît le message de windows et voilà ce que ça donne :
je ne sais pas quoi faire :( !!!

Bonjour,
Est-ce que vous avez les mêmes symptômes en mode sans échec ? Si c'est le cas, il y a de grandes chances que vous ayez un problème matériel.
