How to use a Sony Cordless wireless headset?!

Hello everyone!
I recently received a SONY wireless headset [Cordless stereo headphones MDR-IF210 avls] and my problem is that I can't use it!! I can't find how to connect it to my phone... Is there a special app to install on the phone? Is there a trick to do on the headset?
I want to clarify that the headset has a part (left) with batteries, and another part (right) with a red power light, a volume adjustment, and an ON-OFF button with 'avls' next to it.
I thank in advance anyone who takes the time to read my message and help me!

    No, not at all!! I only have the headset with nothing else.
    Does that mean it requires software for it to function??

    Yes, if it can work on it! No matter, I just want to be able to use it...

    Ideally, I would like to connect it to my phone (I have a Samsung Galaxy Teos). Otherwise, a PC will do as well!

      But the PC or Galaxy must have infrared, otherwise your headset will be useless.

      Sure. Do you know how I can find out if there is infrared or not? Is it in the apps??

      You need to check the specifications of your PC and the Galaxy to see if infrared is included.
      But it's rare for devices to have infrared as a connection.
      Since your Galaxy does not have infrared (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth do),
      check this.

      I looked for my PC and there's no infrared either!! :/

      In fact, without infrared the headset doesn't work at all??? because I don't have any infrared on my devices....

      Isn't there another way to connect it???
