No sound on a Thomson WHP3001BK wireless headset

Hello,

Sound recording taken on HYSENS jack TV. An old headset worked very well.

    Hello,

    Is this headset new?

    Has it been charged long enough?

    Are the batteries in the earphone properly in place (with the correct polarity)?

    Does the light on the left earphone turn red after pressing the "Power" button?

    Is the base powered on with the red light lit if connected to the TV via the headphone jack when it's on?

    It's very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
