Hello,

I have a problem with my home cinema, SAMSUNG HT D423H, I can't listen to CDs or watch DVDs.
I get the following message when I insert the CD or DVD: "NO DISC".

The connections are correct, no issue with the TV, I have the HDMI cable and the optical cable;

    Hi

    make sure you are in CD/DVD position on the player
    if you insert your DVD it should start, otherwise the laser is faulty..

    if your home system has a USB port, see if it works from that side..

    Try several DVDs and check the batteries in your remote
