Hello,

I just acquired an LG HT462DZ home theater system, and my DVD player refuses to read DVDs (original or burned). It displays "disk error" even though the DVD has just been purchased. Has anyone ever had this problem? Where could it come from?

    Hello Homecinemalg,

    If the DVDs were not purchased in the same country of origin as the player, it is indeed possible that the player displays "disk error." However, you mention that your issue is also present with recorded DVDs, so sending it for repair seems appropriate. This repair procedure can only be carried out by LG's phone support.
