Samsung HT TX 35 Home Cinema Issues

Hello,
I bought a home theater yesterday, the Samsung HT TX35.
I'm having a problem with the remote control; it's not working:
Let me explain, the remote control has new batteries, but I have a doubt about the compatibility between the remote control reference BN5900603A and my home theater. It's a remote that can control up to 4 devices, but I can't sync it with my home theater, and I can't find the codes to sync it.
Since all options are via the remote control,
Could you help me?

      I have a problem with my SAMSUNG HT-THQ25 device. It refuses to read any CD. Upon turning it on, it displays "protection".

    You will need the mode and aux buttons to switch between the inputs on your home (tuner-aux-digital in, etc).
