Hello
I have a Wi-Fi antenna for a long-distance wireless 802.11nWlan connection
The brand is Leguang, model LG-N100. The driver provided is a small disk to be inserted into the drive, model Ralink technology 3070. I also downloaded this driver from the Leguang.net website.
In both cases, the folders display, and the application chosen, in my case Windows Vista setup exe, does not execute whether it's the provided version or the downloaded driver.
It says there is an error in the setup exe.
If someone can enlighten me. Thank you in advance J.P

Hi
The downloaded file gives, after extraction, a Ralink 3070 === windows === XP Vista Win7 folder with an executable with a weird name
It indeed crashes on launch (likely due to the Chinese characters)
Rename it to setup.exe for example and it works
I'm trying another DL that gives a Ralink_38419.rar file to see:
http://www.lguang.net/en/download.aspx
Same thing with this second link
Okay after renaming the file:

Therefore, I copied the file and pasted it into the default AppData folder, where I was indeed able to rename it "setup.exe" and the application installed without any problems.
Thanks to Kaumune for the help.
