Hello,
my laptop is a Huawei Matebook D 15 running WINDOWS 10.
I am asking for help with a "wireless connection issue"; indeed, the WIFI and Bluetooth drivers have disappeared from the device manager.
Even after reinstalling them from the official Huawei website, as well as through the PC manager, the problem persists.
Resetting the network does not work either.
Yes, my network card is operational.
Thank you for your response.

Hello,
If the problem is recent, perform a system restore and choose a date prior to the issue.
Windows + R
Type --> rstrui.exe and OK.

Yes, I already have PC Manager. In the "troubleshooting" section, the software finds issues: missing Bluetooth driver and Wi-Fi driver; but it fails to repair them.

Thank you for your help.
I only see one solution, which is to reset my PC.
It's still weird that the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth disconnect at the same time...
