Hello,
I have a problem with BlueStacks when I launch a game (Heroes Charge, Clash of Clans...) I can hear the game's sound, and when I click anywhere, I can hear the click, but I have no image; instead, it's a black screen.
I've searched online but couldn't find the solution to my problem. Many people say I need to update the graphics card driver, and others say I need to run it as an administrator. I've tried both solutions, and the problem is still there.
If anyone has the real solution to the problem, I would appreciate it :)
Thank you in advance.

You must be an administrator on your PC.
Your computer must have 2 GB of RAM / main memory. (Note that having 2 GB or more of disk space is not a substitute for RAM)
Your computer must have 9 GB of available disk space to store Android applications/games and their data.
The drivers for your PC's graphics must be updated for compatibility with BlueStacks as described in the following post.
The App Player is nominally installed on the same drive where Windows is installed, usually C:\. However, during installation, you can choose to have all applications/data located on a different drive.
We do not recommend installing the BlueStacks App Player if you have a virtual machine, for example, Microsoft Virtual PC, VMware Workstation, or Oracle VirtualBox, installed on the same PC.
Please note that BlueStacks is incompatible with BitDefender; you can install either one but not both on the same PC.

Hi,
I know TLD, I'm indeed installing the drivers with it. As I mentioned earlier, they are up to date and it's still not working. Regarding what you said above, it's okay, I have enough space on my hard drive, I have enough RAM, etc., and it still doesn't work. Thank you for your help.
For anyone who has a REAL SOLUTION to the problem, I'm interested.
Thank you in advance.
