Hello everyone,
I bought a house that had a CTV8000 TANIT alarm which was removed during the renovations.
Since then, I can't program or even reset the control panel, I called the hotline which gave me the advice found in the manual...
The telephone connection is directly on the phone jack with 4 white/blue and red/yellow wires.
When picking up the line, the "star" command gives no message, and if you dial star and the code, the panel responds "incorrect code".
Can someone help me and give me some advice?
