Hello, I need a response as soon as possible.

I have an HP Probook 645 and I can't open the CD drive. There is no button to open it on the computer. I tried opening the desktop and selecting the CD drive, but it doesn't appear in the list of devices. Maybe I need to restart the disk drive, but I have no idea how to do that since the device doesn't show up anywhere. I also attempted to press in various ways to push the drive, but nothing works!
There's also nothing regarding my problem in the user manual. I absolutely need it to study since I have to install 2 CDs before I can use the laptop.

Thank you!

Good evening, if you have a tiny hole in the drive, insert a paperclip into it.
Then we will see about getting the CD drive recognized.

Hello, I don't see any hole where I could insert a paperclip. There's just a small strip between the CD drive and the computer. I tried inserting a paperclip there but it had no effect..

      Thank you!
