Hello,
Due to some minor issues with my system, I would like to reinstall my 7 64bits. However, I could not (re)find an installation CD. I haven't mounted an ISO either...
My question is how can I reinstall my operating system without a CD or an image?
I checked out the Microsoft website but didn't find anything particularly interesting... The best would have been to find a downloadable image for free online.
If someone could point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful!
Thank you =)
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.8

Good evening,
You won't get any help finding an image of a disk because it's against the site policy of CommentCaMarche (it would be an incitement to piracy).
However, is your computer recent and was Windows 7 pre-installed at purchase?
In that case, since it started, you should be able to do a factory reset. Sometimes, there's even a shortcut for that in the Windows menu.
These days, few manufacturers provide DVDs, except for professional versions (and even then!).
Visit the website of your PC's manufacturer or check if there’s a key you can press on startup to perform this factory reset.
Be careful, you will lose your personal files, so make a backup beforehand.

Acer does this with Asus keys but the DVD.

I believe you're mistaken; having the ISO image of an installation CD is legal as long as the activation key has been purchased. If you provide an ISO along with the key, that's piracy.
