Format PC with Windows 7 (without CD)

Hello,
I would like to format my COMPAQ Presario CQ5325FR PC because I have quite a few files on it and I want to restore it to "like new" as it is starting to slow down significantly.
I bought this computer online, Windows 7 was already installed on it, and there was no installation CD.

So I would like to format it (reset it to zero) while keeping Windows 7.

How can I do this?

first, back up Windows 7 on DVD by following this

then, you can go through the recovery without DVD, which will reinstall Windows 7 via the recovery partition.
