Bluetooth device not found on Windows Update Solved

Question

Hello, My Sony VAIO VPC-eh3u1e/bfr5 computer comes with Bluetooth option and I used to be able to exchange files with my tablet or phone. I haven't used Bluetooth for several months and yesterday I realized it no longer works. When I try to transfer files from my computer to my phone, nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, but as you can see in screenshot #1, the Bluetooth device is not found on Win Update... In Device Manager, under the "Other devices" category, there are 3 fields labeled "Bluetooth device," and there is an exclamation mark next to each one, as you can also see in the second screenshot. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times the drivers I downloaded from Sony's official website, but nothing changes... I'm out of ideas, so if you could help me, that would be really great. Thank you!

Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits  Right-click on the driver --> EP0000278716.exe Choose --> 7Zip Select --> extract to EP0000278716  Go to Device Manager Right-click on the Bluetooth device Update driver Search for a driver on my computer Browse Select the extracted driver folder --> EP0000278716 Next, etc...
