Hello everyone!
So here it is, I have a problem connecting to my WiFi.
Last week I was already having trouble with my connection, always having to restart my Freebox V6 for my PC to connect. Yesterday I called Free to sort out the problem, which they then took care of and resolved.
Today, wanting to use my PC (the first time since I called Free), my PC is no longer connected and there’s a red cross next to my WiFi. When I click on it, it shows me "The credentials saved on this computer for the network do not match the network's required configuration." So here I am stuck and I would need your help, thanks!

    Hello,

For my part, I think that Free has changed the settings of your box and that your PC no longer recognizes them. I therefore advise you to disconnect your box from your PC and re-register it. If you are using Windows 7, the process is as follows:

    Start>Control Panel>Network and Internet>Network and Sharing Center

On your right, you should see "Manage wireless networks," select yours and click delete. Then reconnect to your box with your WEP key and let us know what happens.
