Hello,I had a problem with the ANPE website and I found the solution!! If you have Internet Explorer 7, go to the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click on Internet Options.In the Security tab, click on Trusted Sites, then on Sites.In the Trusted Sites page, under Websites, the ANPE site will appear, select https://www.pole-emploi.fr/accueil/ and click on add. Uncheck the box at the bottom Click OK once, then a second time.Then try to connect to the site again.Good luck, I hope it works for you.Bye

Erreur 403 corresponds to forbidden page, you do not have the right to access it, maybe you were asked for a login/password and you do not know it, that said, if you are supposed to have access, you should know the person to whom to address.

For those of you with this same firewall:

This may come from a firewall like ZoneAlarm or Kerio.
The second reason is that your internet is configured with a proxy server. In that case, here’s what to do:

- Click on START then RUN and type inetcpl.cpl
- In the window that opens, go to the Connections tab and then click on LAN Settings.
- Finally, in the Proxy section, you need to uncheck the box 'Use a proxy server for your local network'.
- Click OK then close and restart the internet.

You need to configure it and add the sites to the trusted sites.

Http 403 means: "access denied."

In other words, your browser is not allowed to display the page.

That means ZONE ALARM, precisely, is preventing you from accessing it in order to protect you. It only does what you tell it to do. The problem is not the program, but its configuration.

reset your default browser in Internet options. Tools >> Internet options.  or also start run, cmd then netsh winsock reset for xp sp2.  it can solve quite a few browsing issues.

Yes, the problem could be the firewall, but the one on the server! If you are hosted on a server other than your own, ask the Webmaster. If it’s at your home, it’s probably the httpd.conf and other php.ini files that are blocking access, especially if you are using Easyphp and Wamp. You need to change the permissions, how??? Before anything else, check in Internet Options under the Connections tab, then in the Network Settings, that the proxy box is not checked; if it is, uncheck it.

For me, the 403 error occurs after I enter a site when I need to log in or send a message (for example, the Crous site, Claroline, or even this site) and also that of the SNCF when I search for a train.
I checked the proxy box and it is indeed disabled
my firewall is the Windows one
I just got the Freebox and initially, I didn't have this problem
it happens both on Mozilla and on Explorer
and on my roommate's computer (with which I'm writing to you because I can't on mine) everything works fine.

Well... hello!
Or you may have a 403 error with the logo of the company you work for, so trying to bypass the company's proxy is risky and very frowned upon! By wanting to download (by forcing) WP10 or IE8 (updates refused by the company which is still using IE3.5), I ended up with Security tools which would be a rogue = great! It just goes to show that the more they try to prevent you from browsing, the more they crash the system!
