DNS PROBE FINISHED NO INTERNET Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,

I ran a RogueKiller report due to common internet connection issues, with an error message: DNS PROBE FINISHED NO INTERNET

What can I safely remove?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 39.0.2171.95

Hello everyone.
I encountered the same issue on Google Chrome with a Windows 8 computer. I tried everything I found on the forums and what was recommended to me. The connection works perfectly, just impossible to update the software and access the internet via the browsers (no matter which browser). I tested the DNS, the proxy, the firewall, removed the antivirus, reinstalled it... tested ipconfig/release, ipconfig/renew in the console... nothing worked... then netsh winsock reset all in the console told me to elevate the level.
Solution found:

Press "windows" + X to start the command prompt as admin or Windows+R then confirm by Ctrl+Shift+Enter
Then this line of code
```
netsh winsock reset all
```
Restart the computer and... magic it works again on all browsers!!!!
