Philips server not found on TV

Good evening, like many users, I cannot access the net TV service on my Philips television model 32 PFL 7665 H/12. A message indicates that the Philips server is not found... The serial number is VN3F1107027060 and my ethernet number is 18:8e:d5:00:4e:e3. Thank you in advance for your responses as I just spent the afternoon on this and I'm losing my mind!!!! ;)

    Hi, you need to reset your TV as if you just bought it!
    It worked for me.
