Hello everyone
Indeed, I need help. I have a problem with my smartphone, more specifically with my Google PlayStore application. It has been two weeks since I have been unable to access PlayStore. Every time I try to launch the app, it says “server error.” I don’t understand, it started doing this for no reason. However, my free connection is fine, I have tried resetting my email address, disconnecting and reconnecting, clearing the cache, and the data of Play Store but nothing works. It always says “server error” and I can’t take it anymore, now I can't even install any applications on my phone (ZTE)
I’m waiting for your help please :/
Thank you and hope to see you soon .. :)

Hi! Try going to Settings > Application Manager > On the Google Play app and uninstall the updates. You should get an older interface on the Google Play app, but don't worry, it will restore itself within a few hours/days as your phone re-downloads the current version.
It might help, but I can't guarantee anything :)

but it doesn't show me "uninstall updates", it only shows me "force stop", "clear data", "cancel", "move to SD card" and "clear cache" :(

Personally, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S3 and I have Forced Stop, Uninstalled updates, and Disabled it. Then further down, I deleted the data and cleared the cache. What phone do you have?
