Save as window appears in a loop

Hello,

I have been writing an internship report for a while now using the latest version of Word on Windows 8.
Today, Word crashed, closed, and then reopened, automatically saving my work. Everything is fine, I continue writing, but when I try to save to exit, Word offers to save as, and no matter what location I choose, nothing saves and the save as window keeps reappearing in a loop.
For now, I'm not closing Word and not turning off my PC, but this solution doesn’t seem sustainable...
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue, please?

    Hello Tania.

    - Create a new file.
    - Copy and paste a page from your first document.
    - Try to save this new document.
    - If it works, copy and paste your entire document.
    - If it doesn't work, it means your Word software is damaged.

    Hello

    When the "save as" window appears, it means that you need to give a name to your file and save it, for example, in your documents.
