Here, the rule "if...then...else" will not do it for him. First and foremost, there is a percentage format to enforce, and that can only be achieved by manually writing the formula!

Indeed, for the percentage you need to go through the code, or change it in Excel.

I’m really happy you helped me again with this question, but I still don’t have the solution to my entire problem. I modified the field that should display next to “DISCOUNT”, and I would like the field in the second column under the net amount not to show anything if there’s no discount. However, with the field I’ve typed, the discount amount doesn’t show up if there is one! I must be close to the solution, but I tried all weekend and I’m getting desperate! It’s not for lack of trying, but I’m a beginner and I realize it’s very complex. Plus, whenever I want to remove one of the two curly braces { }, the entire field disappears.

I have another request, in the "Discount Amount" column of my attached Excel file, it appears as " - € " when there is no discount, which results in Word merging showing 0.00 € below the net amount when there is no discount, while I don't want anything to show. I found how to get it not to appear, but I had to remove the formula that calculates the discount amount in my table, which is a shame! Could you please see what you can do?

In the discount column, you can avoid displaying anything while keeping the formula by saying that if the discount column is equal to nothing, we put nothing; otherwise, we calculate the discount
