    In this case, perhaps a "Office" repair is necessary.
    Windows 10
    In the Start menu, type control panel. Press or click on Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Select your Microsoft Office program, then click on Change. Select Online Repair, then click Repair.
    Source Dell but generally applicable.
