Hello,
I bought an iPhone 4 but it is disabled. When I turn it on, it says "iPhone is disabled, connect to iTunes." However, when I connect it to my Mac, iTunes asks me if I allow access to my iPhone but it stays charging for hours with no results. Is there any other way?

Hello, if your iPhone displays Disabled, the only way to restart it is by using DFU recovery mode.
It should be noted that an iPhone does not disable itself; this is a protection mechanism that has been activated either by the owner or by someone who attempted to unlock the iPhone without having the unlock code.
Moreover, after a disablement, you will need to reactivate the iPhone by providing the iCloud ID of the owner of the iPhone (the iPhone connects to Apple’s servers to validate the provided ID in order to confirm the activation).
DFU recovery mode.
Start iTunes on the computer without connecting the iPhone.
On the iPhone, press both the Power and Home buttons at the same time for 10 seconds, then release the Power button and wait another 10 seconds, then connect the cable to your computer and release the Home button; iTunes will take care of the rest.
