When I turn my computer on caps lock, it types in lowercase.

Hello,
It’s really crazy. I guess I must have accidentally touched something because when my computer is in its "normal state," it types everything in uppercase. I have to press the small lock key to type in lowercase, whereas normally it’s the opposite. Another very strange thing is that it’s always offset when I write or correct. If I go back to correct a mistake, I normally use the arrow key and delete. Now it always deletes one letter more than the one I actually see being deleted. The same thing happens when I want to move to a line in a list. It highlights one line, I click on it, and it gives me the one above. It's a very strange but annoying thing.....
