Hello,

The PC has the following OS specifications: Windows 7 Home Premium Edition, and the following hardware specifications: manufacturer: eMachines - Model: EL1332
The PC in question no longer recognized the mouse with a PS/2 connector, so I replaced it with a USB mouse, and it works very well! Now the keyboard, also in PS/2, no longer works either, so I also bought a Microsoft Wired 200 keyboard with a USB port, but I cannot get this new keyboard to work. I tested this new Wired 200 keyboard on another computer (a laptop), and it works, so I rule out the possibility of a defective keyboard.
I uninstalled/reinstalled, but to no avail, so here is the screenshot I managed to take on the computer where the keyboard does not work...

Thank you for your help...

Best regards,

on the web, apart from downloading a Windows 7 ISO, you won't find anything (I'm talking about a recovery partition)
