hello copy/paste then click on image and shrink it with handles, create space then paste, resize, etc.... 4 times

Hello, Some printers also allow you to choose the number of copies on the same page (usually 2, 4, 9, or 12). Otherwise, see the other comments.

The file is already in PDF, use the "multiple" function in Acrobat Reader.

However, this function is intended to put multiple pages of a document that has several pages onto the same page. So you need to make 4 copies of your page (when converting to PDF) to place 4 on one page.
