Hello,
Since this morning, my keyboard is not working anymore. That is to say, only the F keys function. I started in safe mode and in the device manager, under keyboard and HID Keyboard Device, I right-click to view properties and it tells me that Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. This driver may be corrupted or missing (code 39).
I then followed all the troubleshooting advice: uninstalled the device, reinstalled it, restarted, etc., etc., but without success.
I also followed the Microsoft support advice for code 39 but nothing works:
https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/310123/error-codes-in-device-manager-in-windows
I don't know what else to do. Can you help me?
P.S.: I no longer have a keyboard so it's impossible to type anything.
Thank you.
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 5.0

Hello
If your problem persists, you need to perform a system restore to a previous state (main drive).
