FRANSAT Starcom 9940 Decoder

Hello,
My satellite dish is aimed at Atlantic Bird 3
I originally had a FRANSAT Digihom decoder type DSF 50 D, and it worked fine until it got blocked
I contacted the company indicated in the documentation, Ets NORMAND
I was offered a Starcom 9940 decoder
After scanning for channels, I only receive channels 2-5-10-13-19-41-42-51
For all other channels, I get the following message: "Please insert the smart card to access the program"
I did not receive a FRANSAT card from Ets NORMAND, and even if I had, there is no slot on the front of the decoder to accommodate it
Yet the Starcom documentation mentions an integrated Viacess card reader, and furthermore, the delivery pack states: "1 FRANSAT SD card"

Does anyone have a solution for my problem?
Thank you for your responses
Best regards

    Hello

Normally, the card reader is located behind the flap on the right side of the front face of the Fransat decoder. From what I understand, the Normand Group (OPTEX, Balmet, Starcom,...) has exchanged your receiver.

Therefore, you need to insert your old Fransat card. If you sent it with your old decoder, please contact Normand customer service to inform them about returning your card.

    Best regards
