TNT decoder Starcom Fransat stuck on BOOT

Hello,

for a few days my Starcom 9940 Fransat decoder has been stuck on Boot.
impossible to reach Fransat who redirects to the retailers who don't know what to do;
(Castorama)
can anyone help me?

Hi,

I just repaired a Fransat decoder that had a boot issue at startup (Newsat Maestro, identical to the Starcom 9940), see here for how to do it:

Hello. You need to try resetting it by unplugging it, waiting a few seconds, and then plugging it back in. See you later.
