"The mode selector is not in the correct position."

Hello everyone. I have a Nikon Coolpix P520 since Christmas, and I'm currently facing a problem. As soon as I turn on my device, a message saying "the mode selector is not in the correct position" appears. I have no idea why this is happening since I've never dropped it or anything. If anyone knows how to fix my problem, let me know!
