Hello,
Could you help me remove the demo mode from a Nikon digital camera? Strangely, it says: card absent.
Thank you very much for your help!

    1) With the device powered on, press and hold the Menu button until the display changes.
    2) Briefly press the rotary knob (volume) "DEMO ON" appears.
    3) Rotate the rotary knob to change the setting to "DEMO OFF".
    4) Briefly press the rotary knob to save the setting.

Exactly what I was looking for! Thank you!
Also, make sure that the memory card is properly inserted.

    Good evening,

For the true connoisseurs, the model might perhaps help you...

It's a Nikon D60. Dead card, what does that mean? Actually, I've already tried with several cards, and it does the same thing every time: card absent...

I found: format the card, but apparently I can't format it because this option is not available with the current settings :/

      Still an amateur.

      - Card compatibility issues...
      - Issue with the device itself.

For the second case, nothing in the manual or on the Nikon site? Or consult a specialist... If it's recent, consider the warranty.
