Facebook conversation that disappeared by itself

Hello,
today I was on FB singing with a friend, when suddenly the conversation was completely deleted!!
So here is my question, why and how can I recover it? (I have important info in this conversation)

Hi. I've had this problem before.
It comes from Facebook's servers.
Our information is on all of Facebook's servers around the world. At the time of the transfer to a server closer to you, there was a loss. It can delete a lot of things if the transfer goes completely wrong...
