My canon mg 5350 is printing blank pages

Hello,
due to the breakdown of my desktop computer, I installed my printer on the laptop. It printed one sheet correctly, but now it outputs blank pages without any error message. Even with the scanner, it outputs blank pages. Can anyone give me a diagnosis? It will be two years since I have the printer on July 24.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 29.0

    Hello everyone,

    I would like to bring up this topic again to share my problem.

    When printing from the computer or photocopying documents, the pages that come out are completely blank.
    I have done all the tests on the printer (alignment of the heads, checking the nozzles), and the test pages print correctly with all colors.

    I have researched extensively online and no information has been useful in solving the problem.
    Moreover, the problem appeared overnight without any changes to the computer or the printer, which makes me think that the problem is more likely hardware-related.

    My drivers are up to date.
    Printing has been tested from 2 different computers and a tablet.
    My cartridges are full.
    I checked the print head, it is clean.

    Canon's Support service is completely incompetent and only suggests sending it for repair, and I doubt the cost will exceed the market value of the printer.

    Is this a programmed death?
    Does anyone have a solution?
