Hello, uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome.

When you uninstall, do you check or uncheck a box that says: erase ...?

Use this diagnostic software:

▶ Download ZHPDiag (by Nicolas Coolman) to your desktop
▶ Run it (if you are on Windows Vista or Windows 7, do it by right-clicking --> Run as administrator)
▶ Follow the prompts during installation (make sure to check the box to create a shortcut on the Desktop). It will launch automatically at the end of the installation.
▶ /!\ After these actions, the tool created 2 shortcuts: ( ZHPFix, ZHPDiag )
▶ To run a complete scan, click on the desktop icon "ZHPDiag" representing a "scroll".
▶ In the software interface, click on the "Configure" button to access the settings.
▶ Then click on the "Magnifying Glass +" button at the bottom left to start a Full options Diagnostic.
▶ The scan will take place, please wait a few minutes during the tool's work indicated by "Processing..."
▶ At the end of the scan, which will be indicated in the program interface, 100%, the report will open in Notepad.
▶ Go to this site, click on "Browse", select the ZHPDiag report and click on Send File. Wait for the file to upload, then copy/paste the link provided in your next response on the forum.

The ZHPDiag.txt report will also be on your desktop. If necessary, it is saved in C:\ZHP\ZHPDiag.txt.

Use this specific adware disinfecting tool:

▶ Download AdwCleaner (by Xplode) to your Desktop.
▶ Run it, click on Scan, then wait for the scan to finish and click on Delete
▶ Afterwards, the report will open after a reboot: post it in your next response.

Then, use this tool in addition to ADWCleaner:

▶ Download and run Junkware Removal Tool by Thisisu As an administrator
▶ Read the terms of use then make sure to close all active programs
▶ Launch it by pressing any key
▶ Do not do anything else and wait for the software to finish (it will close automatically and usually displays a report saved on the desktop)
▶ Post the report in your next response

Then,

Use this general disinfecting software:

▶ Download and install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
▶ At the end of the installation, make sure that the option "update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" is checked. However, it is not necessary to activate the free trial for protection.
▶ Run MBAM and let the updates download (if not, do it manually when launching the program)
▶ Then go to the "Scan" tab, check "Run a full scan" then "Scan"
▶ Select your hard drives then click on "Start scan"
▶ At the end of the analysis, click on Show results
▶ Check all detected items then click on Delete selected
▶ If prompted to restart the computer, accept.
▶ Post in your next response the report appearing after the deletion.

Finally, redo a report with ZHPDiag like the first time. Execute the software in the correct order.
So I am expecting 4 reports.

Re - when Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware was analyzing, the PC crashed, I tried twice, I wasted a lot of time!

What antivirus do you have?

Have you tried turning off your antivirus to see if it is blocking your browsing?

Otherwise, try clearing the DNS, proxy, and IP caches with the following steps:

- Open the command prompt (Windows key + r, type cmd)
- Type each of the following lines, pressing Enter after each command:

ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh ipv4 reset catalog
netsh ipv6 reset catalog
netsh winhttp reset proxy

and restart your PC.

I restarted, Chrome still doesn't work (it loads at the top but the page remains blank..)

And I will run a scan again.

Restart your PC, then uninstall Google Chrome and confirm to delete any data that may have been saved with it, then open CCleaner and click on Clean.
Then, in the Registry tab, make sure all boxes are checked, then click on "Search for issues," then delete them.

Next, restart your computer again, download this, place it on your Desktop, and unzip it.
Then, launch it, and click Yes on the window that opens.
Afterward, press the WINDOWS+R key and in the window that opens, copy and paste: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google
In the directory that opens, delete the "Google Chrome" folder if it exists.
==> Reinstall Chrome and check if the issue is resolved.

Repair Google Chrome

1- Uninstall Google Chrome
2- Press Window+R (application data opens)
3- Type %LOCALAPPDATA%
4- Delete the Google folder
5- Reinstall Google Chrome.
6- It works 99% of the time.
