[CDiscount] Order validated, charged but not shipped.

Hello, I would like to know why or how it is that my order has been validated and charged for a week and it has not been shipped. I will list the problem.
So Saturday was my birthday, after taking stock of everything my friends and family gave me, I thought I had enough money saved to buy myself a new desktop computer. Since it's sale season (lucky me), I decided to get something decent that was on sale within my budget, and I came across an unbeatable offer on CDiscount.
In the same vein, I decided to buy myself a new monitor.
After choosing my two items, I paid for my order, everything went wonderfully (I had ordered from them before and it went well) but I didn't expect to be in for surprises.
It turns out I was supposed to receive my order within a 4 to 9-day window at a pickup point. (I expected to receive everything at the same time)
The day before the start of the time frame, CDiscount informed me that my order had arrived at the pickup point, so I decided to go pick it up, and there, big surprise, I only received one item. So I decided to go home and log onto CDiscount.com to find out what was wrong.
I see on my customer account that my "package no. 1" (the screen) has arrived but that the tower is still not being prepared, but I ordered them at the same time, I made a group purchase and the product was not out of stock.
It's at this point that I'm starting to have questions, I searched for the same product online and found no information, only CDiscount sells the product. I couldn't even find it with its manufacturer. I find that suspicious, I have questions. After further reflection, I decided to cancel this item, but CDiscount only offers the pricey hotline as a solution to cancel my item.. Can you imagine how unhappy I am to do this, not only am I not happy but I have to pay.
On top of that, I did some research on CDiscount, the headquarters is not far from my home (Bordeaux). Online, I also found that CDiscount is a big scam and customers are not receiving their ordered products.
If someone could tell me what to do to cancel without using CDiscount's pricey hotline and get refunded to my bank account and not get store credit, that would be nice. I would also like to know if you find it strange that this item is only available from them.

Normally if your product is being processed, it should arrive sooner or later. Sometimes certain products are out of stock and Cdiscount forgets to mention it in their announcements. We agree, this is extremely annoying, but in the case of a stockout, Cdiscount will refund your order, sooner or later...

I think that next time I will go back to Amazon, which has always resolved all my issues without asking a single question (both regarding warranties and everything else). Even if it means adding 15% to the purchase price, at least you can sleep peacefully and not be afraid of getting ripped off.
