Hello everyone,
When I connect my PS3 to the TV in my bedroom, I get a resolution of 1080p. But when I go to my friends', parents', or grandparents' houses, I get the minimum resolution (576p) even on a Full HD TV. Do you have a solution to this problem?
Thanks in advance :D

Normally, by going into the settings of the PS3, you should be able to change the image resolution.

I have already tried. When I increase the resolution to 720p, 1080i, or 1080p, my TV displays no signal, so there's no output. No other solution?

It could also come from the connection: if you connect via HDMI in your room and via RCA (red, yellow, and white plugs) at your parents' house, the image quality will be different; with RCA, you won't be able to achieve a resolution of 1080p.

The problem was with the HDMI cable: it was defective. Case closed and thank you for your interest in my issue.
