Unable to print my account statement

Hello,
I have a problem; I can't print my bank statement (Caisse Épargne). I can't download and print it through Google. I had found the solution by using Internet Explorer; I can access my account and download and print, but for the past week I haven't been able to do anything because I'm getting an error message that the command
undefined is incomplete or not complete. Now I'm stuck on both sides. I've left a message for my bank to help me, but there's been no result.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
On top of that, I keep getting the error message that Internet Explorer has stopped working for no apparent reason on the sites I want to visit.
Any help would be welcome. Thank you very much for your assistance.
Configuration: Windows 8 / Internet Explorer 10.0
