Hello, Can you help me? For the past 3 months, I haven't been able to print my bank statements. When I print, all the text (advisor's name, phone number, etc.) prints very well. However, all the personal information (name, address, account number, and the debit and credit tables with amounts) prints entirely in black (I have large tables that are completely black). I'm using Google Chrome (if that helps). Thank you for your help.

Since I got Windows 10, I'm having the same problem. You need to download the account statement.
It is now located at the bottom left in the taskbar. Save it. Then go to your downloads. Click on it and right-click on open with: Adobe Reader and it works, no more black page.

RE. Easy. In the START menu of Microsoft at the bottom left of the screen, type in the search bar < Adobe Acrobat Reader >, which gives access to the application. Click on it to open the page. Simply put... Good luck!

Bonjour Liz. I've got a much better solution (without excessive pretension on my part) than everything I've read in many explanations... To download my bank documents (or others) efficiently, you simply need to add (your or my) printer to the application... + the complete software with its identity. Hello,
I had the same issue with black printing. It was only by opening my pdf documents with Word (without going through Edge or Chrome) that I found the solution. To do this, you need to download your document. Go to File Explorer, under Downloads, right-click on your document, open with Word (be sure to go through File Explorer, don't try to change the file extension to .doc yourself: it doesn't work...).
In Word, no problem, my documents are printing normally again....

Hello, a very simple solution: open Acrobat Reader, go to the Edit tab, scroll down to Preferences, then uncheck "Create links from URLs", click OK
then click on File: Print, open the Advanced Options tab, make sure the "Print to file" box is unchecked.
And there you go, it works, no more problems.

Honestly, I found no other solution than to download the document to my folders and then print it.
Whether using Edge or Chrome, nothing worked, black banner!!!
And this has been happening since the new update.

Hello Pretty 95, no, I don’t save my bank documents. I’ve looked for a possible solution since it prints my bank documents incorrectly in black (and with an ENORMOUS amount of INK, and my cartridge is half empty because of this excessive ink consumption).

POSSIBLE SOLUTION THAT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE:

On my Adobe Acrobat Reader (which I updated), I went to the PROTECTION PROPERTIES tab (?) and on the DOCUMENT EXTRACTION tab (Not allowed on Firefox as well as Google Chrome and Edge??)

NOTE: I have always printed my bank documents from Firefox for years, except now.

I don’t understand. Is it the update of my Edge browser that’s causing me problems??

There is a "padlock"??

QUESTION: How can I get permission to print my bank documents?

TEMPORARY SOLUTION FOUND: I took a screenshot, which I saved at a smaller zoom scale. Then I printed my 4 pages and then I DELETED ALL THESE DOCUMENTS.

CURRENT PROBLEM: No new black cartridge (H.P heavy 5000, cartridge reference 304) available in Paris in all the supermarkets and even FNAC (the seller told me there’s no supply…due to the lockdown).

NOTE: I could only print with my single cartridge (my color cartridge).

I’m waiting for a real solution (like before) to print my documents normally.

I went through the Chrome browser and I indeed saved it. Then I went into Chrome's settings and then to DOWNLOADS and I was able to PRINT without any difficulty... simply put.

Good evening, I have the same problem with the Firefox browser. Saving in PDF format doesn't change anything. I even switched browsers and used Edge. Previously, I printed my bank statements without difficulty. In this regard, I notice that I have had this problem since the Edge update, but maybe it has nothing to do with that.
NOTE: It currently prints my old bank documents and other PDFs (except my new bank statements that I received two days ago ??)
QUESTION: Does anyone on CCR know a solution? Thank you.
