Computer stuck on "hibernate"

Hello,
Let me explain the whole situation:
I have a software that refuses to uninstall, so I decided to restart my computer in safe mode. In the advanced startup menu, I select to restart in safe mode with network support. However, upon booting, I get a black screen. No matter how many times I restart with the power button, I always end up with a black screen.
After a while, I see a screen with the message "hibernate," which keeps looping. I have waited for 2 hours, or forced a restart 100 times, but I always return to this blue screen with "hibernate" (even though I have never used this function).

Pressing F8 or shift+F8 during boot does absolutely nothing; all I can do is access the BIOS with F2.
So my computer is completely stuck at the moment.
Thank you for your help.

My computer is a Sony Vaio VGN-AR41E with Windows 8.1 32 bits.

    Good evening,
If your computer is plugged into the power outlet, unplug it and then remove the battery, then press and hold the power button continuously for about a minute, then reinsert the battery and start your computer.

      Hello,
You just need to press the power button for about twenty seconds and then release it....
      It worked for me...
