Hello everyone,
I have a Samsung hi-fi system and I would like to connect it to my Mac. As suggested on this page (https://www.commentcamarche.net/contents/817-brancher-l-ordinateur-a-une-chaine-hifi), I connected it using an RCA/jack cable, but only one of the two speakers is working (the left one). Do you know why?
Otherwise, is it possible to connect my hi-fi system with an RCA/USB cable?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
Configuration: Mac OS X (10.9.2) / Safari 7.0.3

Hi,
-Change the RCA cable.
-Check your two inputs with your two speakers. Let me explain:
For example, your input A and B and speakers A and B. Logically you connect A to A, B to B, but then you connect A to B and B to A. You will see if it’s the audio output or the speaker that’s not working.
-After checking these two points, look at the PC.
The PC shouldn’t have anything to do with it, but still check that both speakers on the PC work (if it’s a laptop). If only one works, then it’s a settings issue on the PC.
