Epson stylus SX400 - Pilote Scanner

Hello,

I got an Epson Stylus SX400 and I would like to install Epson Scan in order to scan documents with my printer.

I am unable to download it from the Epson site: "the connection has failed, etc..." I have disabled the firewall and the antivirus, yet. I have tried on Firefox and Internet Explorer.

I chatted with Epson support, but they couldn't help me... however, I believe you might know!

So, I am looking for another site to download Epson Scan for Windows 7 64 bits, or to unblock the download... any idea? And if possible, the driver to print would be wonderful, but well...

Thank you for your response, it helped me find the solution!

Since you had access, I wondered what was wrong on my end: PC or network/internet connection?

I connected via another network (my phone) and it worked. The previous one being apparently secure!
