Hello,
Since I started working with Windows 8.1, I can't change the cartridges,
I tried pressing "stop" with no result, but there is a message
"W-40" eff param? yes, no

Hello.
You don't need Win 8.1 to change the cartridges in your printer.
Look in the manual.
