Epson Stylus SX115 Cartridge Replacement

Hello,

I can't access the cartridges even when I open the cover of a STYLUS SX 115! The black one is almost empty and the print is unreadable!
Thank you for your help

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

    It's about changing 1 cartridge because my printer is already installed!

    If you have Windows 7, just go to the Start menu - Devices and Printers, and then it will open a window where you will double-click on the printer in question, and you will double-click on "Epson Product Support," and from there you will find the solution to your problem.

      Thank you for your valuable information, but I managed yesterday manually with the STOP button on the fax machine since I didn't buy the cartridge online!

    Il faut suivre le mode d'emploi bien mentionné lors du changement d'encre ; il s'agit de ne pas éteindre l'imprimante et de presser le bouton d'allumage qui fera positionner les cartouches.

    Laisser l'imprimante allumée et appuyer sur le bouton d'allumage pour faire avancer les cartouches jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient accessibles.
