For the High Definition Audio Device, download this driver --> HDMI audio
and place it in your documents.

Right-click on --> hdaudioa.....zip
Select --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to hdaudioa......

Go to the unzipped driver folder --> hdaudioa
Right-click on --> TCA0083900G.exe
Select --> extract to TCA0083900G

Go to Device Manager
Right-click on the device in question
Update driver
Search for a driver on my computer
Browse
Go to your documents
Go to the unzipped driver folder --> hdaudioa
Folder --> TCA0083900G
Folder --> packages
Folder --> drivers
Folder --> wdm
Folder --> hdmi
Select the folder --> W864a
Next, etc...
Restart

Do the same for the Realtek High Definition Audio device with the Realtek driver.

I thought I had replied ;(
I tried what you explained to me...
But nothing works... Nothing wants to update...
I have error codes... I tried to restore the system to a later date.... I now have code 0*81000204 and a restoration that won't happen because there is an error on drive C....
Phew.... I think it's not going to be easy.....
It's tough especially since I need my computer for work....
Any advice, I'm all ears...

I managed to solve the problem...
Disk defragmentation and disabling faulty drivers.
I restarted the PC and then enabled the applications gradually while manually updating the drivers...
And little miracle, everything works.

In the search bar
Type: devmgmt.msc and hit enter.

See if there are any question marks and which ones?
If so, right-click on the device
Properties
Details tab
Provide the hardware ID number.

To find the ID number, look -->> here <<--

Also provide the list that appears under audio controllers.
