Audio issues on Windows 8.1 with MacBook Pro

Hello, Good evening everyone,
Well, about a year ago, I got a MacBook Pro 8.1 running on Mac OS Sierra, then I decided to set up a Dual-Boot with Windows 8 and it worked, there was no problem, but I created two partitions on my disk.
I was running low on space on Windows 8 so I backed up all my documents, then I formatted the disk and only installed Windows 8.1 on it, but here's the problem:
I can no longer get sound; it says "No audio output device is installed" (Code 10) while I didn't have this problem before and I used the same Boot Camp for the drivers (BootCamp5.1.5621), it shows me this:

I’ve tried all the compatible drivers I had on hand and recently I tried with Driver Pack 14 but nothing works, it still doesn’t work. I wonder if it’s because I completely removed the Mac system from the machine; I’m not very good with drivers, so if you could help me solve this little issue.
Please help me, without sound I feel deaf in front of my computer

Download and install --> 7Zip
Download this driver --> Intel
Right-click on --> infinst_autol_9.2.3.1022.exe
Select --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to "infinst_autol_9.2.3.1022\"
Go to the Device Manager
Right-click on the device
Update Driver
Browse my computer for a driver or Browse my computer ......
Choose from a list of drivers...
Provided disk
Browse
Go to the unzipped driver folder --> infinst_autol_9.2.3.1022
Folder --> All
Select the file --> CougHAud.inf and OK.
Restart.

Right-click on --> infinst_autol_9.2.3.1022.exe
Select --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to "infinst_autol_9.2.3.1022\"

Yes, I have uninstalled it by checking the "Remove the driver" box, but nothing happened. I even reinstalled Windows completely and then tried to install the driver manually at first. In my opinion, the driver must be linked to the Mac system because when I turn it on, I hear the beep sound that MacBooks make, so the sound is indeed present, but something is blocking it.
